Electronic Engineer
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Electronic Engineer designing high performance backplanes, control and I/O systems for customized and standard products.

Primary Responsibilities will include:
Perform highly technical electronic research and design engineering on complex projects, which includes research, development, and design of analog, digital, electronic and electromagnetic systems. Interface with customers in regard to the development of products to meet the specifications established by the customer and application engineering. Develop hardware, firmware, and software for control, monitoring, and management subsystems. Develop high performance backplanes. Develop and execute design verification plans. Support Sales in proposing solutions for customers and providing engineering estimates. Create realistic project schedules and complete the scheduled tasks as planned. Interface with vendors for subcontract work, e.g. custom power supplies. Write and incorporate Engineering Change Orders.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess- A BSEE is required, MSEE preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years electrical engineering experience.
- A minimum of 3 years embedded computing experience and embedded control systems.
- A minimum of 2 years competencies on ORCAD schematic capture systems
- Experience with hardware/firmware/software.
- Experience with VME, CPCI preferred.
- Detail-oriented. Demonstrated ability to produce highly accurate designs.
- Results oriented with strong personal drive and personal ownership in meeting commitments.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in an environment of changing priorities and short timeframe's.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be US citizen
