Hybricon’s Quality System

Hybricon's commitment to quality is shown by the high ratings received from critical customers for high product quality and precise delivery. Since 1996, Hybricon has maintained ISO 9001 certification through TUV Rheinland of North America, Inc., a globally recognized registrar accredited by ANSI-RAB in the United States. ISO 9001 is a model for quality assurance in design/development, production, installation, and servicing. Attainment of ISO 9001 is a milestone signifying the existence of a quality assurance system that can be documented, can be followed by its employees, and can yield a consistent output.

In January 2004,as part of our ongoing continuous quality improvement program, Hybricon achieved certification to the new ISO 9001:2000 standard. This certification demonstrates that Hybricon has adopted a process approach for developing, implementing, and improving the effectiveness of the quality management system and for enhancing customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements.

Richard Strouse, Lead TUV auditor has stated, "The true success of (Hybricon's) QMS effectiveness lies within the efforts put forth by the ISO team; a cross-functional group ... (that) has been unchanged since at least 1995. It is a very responsible, professional, and focused group that takes the ISO initiative seriously." He also stated that he was very impressed with the high level of commitment towards enhancing customer satisfaction at Hybricon, with employees at all levels going out of their way to exceed customer expectations.
