The RMA number is only valid for 30 days
The RMA number MUST be clearly visible on the outside of the package(s) or packing slips
An evaluation fee may apply for any units determined to be either out of warranty, damaged/misused by the customer, or found to have no fault.
An evaluation purchase order is required for ALL non warranty returns. The purchase order must be received before the part can be received.
Hybricon will advise customer of repair charges before work has begun.

On Hybricon chassis, enclosures and card cages, this information can be found on the label affixed to one of several locations,
depending on the customers requirements. These labels are typically found on an inside side panel, at the rear of the chassis, or the lower most corner in the rear of the unit. These locations will vary depending on product line. On Hybricon Backplanes or Printed circuit boards, this information is printed on small white labels, affixed to the solder side of the board. This location may vary also. In both instances, the information contained shall be the Hybricon SERIAL NUMBER, typically preceded by and identifier such as“SN:” or the words “SERIAL NUMBER”... This will typically be of a 5 digit value. The label will also contain the Hybricon DATE CODE, which signifies what week/year the product was built. This is typically a 4 digit value such as “5206” (i.e.; 52’nd week of 2006) The label will also contain the Hybricon PART NUMBER and REVISION of the build. (i.e.; 067-455 Rev B). Your unit may contain additional components or peripherals such as power supplies, monitor boards, fan trays, air blockers, etc.some of these pieces may or may not contain manufacturer and/or Hybricon information, locations will vary.
